We are pleased to introduce the 2024-2025 Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSOs).

JRSOs are a very important part of our school as they help raise road safety awareness and promote road safety issues to everyone in the school and the wider community. Here are just some of the activities our  JRSOs will be getting involved in:

• Running assemblies on road safety topics

• Running competitions in the school, organise prizes for the winners and hand out certificates

• Get involved in organising safe and active travel to school campaigns throughout the year such as Walk to School Week. 

• Running events such as the 'Your Time to Shine' competition. 

JRSO's will carry out their initial training in October and will then meet with Mrs Popham every half-term to plan events and competitions. Keep an eye on Facebook for the JRSO updates.
