School Meals

At lunchtime, children can either have a meal provided by our kitchen staff or bring a packed lunch from home. Unless your child is entitled to free school meals, you will need to pay for their school dinners. A hot meal costs £3.20 and must be ordered and paid for in advance through the Arbor app.

Please note: All lunch orders must be placed no later than the day before.

We have recently changed our catering provider to The Gateway Trust. The current menus are available to view and download at the bottom of this page.

 Advice for fussy eaters!

Healthy Packed Lunches

It is important that children are eating a healthy, balanced lunch at school. This means plenty of foods that contain the nutrients that children need, fewer foods that are high in sugar and saturated fat.

Packed lunches that are brought to school must be healthy and balanced and should not contain sweets or any form of chocolate spread.

For lunch ideas, please find some links to sites that offer ideas and advice.

Nut Free School

We are a nut-free school. Children who suffer from nut allergies can develop a severe, potentially life-threatening allergic reaction.

If someone has a nut allergy, it is not just eating nuts that can cause a severe reaction; just being touched on the skin or smelling the breath of someone who has had nuts or a product containing nuts can trigger anaphylactic shock (which can cause breathing and swallowing difficulties).

Please can we ask that you have no nut products in your child's lunch box or brought into school as treats.

We appreciate that this is an additional thing to check, and we know that you recognise the importance of it.
