At Woodcot Primary School we understand there will be times when you may need childcare flexibility. We offer Wrap Around Care from 07:45 to 16.30 for all children during term time. We offer both before and after-school care. Booking and payment is through Arbor.

We have a friendly, passionate and dedicated team ready to care for your child's needs before and after school.
We provide a caring, relaxed and warm-hearted atmosphere for your child. Breakfast and After-school Club is based in The Den.

All children attending will need to have the registration forms completed to ensure we have full contact details, medical and dietary information. Bookings can only be amended up to 24 hours prior to session dates. Please read our terms and conditions which are situated below.
Emergency bookings will need to be made via the school office.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Drop off & collection is through the green gate to the side of the main building, through the KS1 playground to the inner KS2 playground to the white door. There is a sign Breakfast Club/After-School Club.

• Drop off for breakfast club is from 7.45am. You will need to sign your child in with a member of our team.
• Collection for After School Club is no later than 4.30pm.

Parking on Site

We are able to offer some limited parking on our school site. We allow parents of children attending the clubs to park onsite for:

• Breakfast Club drop off before 8.00am
• After-School Club collection after 3.30pm.

We have a speed limit of 5mph on site.

Important Information

• All our staff are DBS checked and first aid trained.
• Our staff know our procedures relating to keeping pupils safe and they know how to report concerns and
• accidents.
• The school site is secure before school and we do not allow any unchecked visitors on site.
• Cancellations are made through the office. You will need to give 24hrs notice to avoid being charged.
• If your child is unwell and not attending please call and leave a message on the answer phone or email the
• office to inform the staff.
• Your child does not bring in food items for breakfast from home unless agreed with us.
